What the Hub is
The Pennsylvania Digital Trust Hub, a program of Allegheny Intermediate Unit, gives Pennsylvania schools shared tools, expertise and a common voice on data privacy, cybersecurity and policy. Members pool expertise, tools and contracts once, so every member benefits, whatever its size. The Hub is vendor-neutral and has nothing to sell but better outcomes for students.
Who can join
School districts, charter schools, career and technical centers, intermediate units and nonpublic schools across Pennsylvania. One annual membership covers the whole organization.
What one membership includes

- Domain Trust Monitor: daily email-authentication monitoring, trust scoring, lookalike-domain watch and blacklist checks for every domain you own
- PA Student Data Privacy Consortium membership, in partnership with IU13, for shared vendor privacy agreements
- Managed DNS services with automated health checks, at no added cost
- Email compliance support for DMARC, SPF and DKIM, from first record to full enforcement
- Monthly resources aligned to the five pillars
- Data governance support: guidance and resources for handling and sharing data and keeping only what you need
